yes, it's true. We women over 40 have some unique challenges. But it was never supposed to happen to you, right?
but it did. Because you're human that's why so yes, age and gravity are starting to take effect. And don't forget the thighs you inherited from your mother but there are things you can do counteract some of that.
the fact is, we all have crazy demands on our lives. We work both inside and/or outside the home. Some of us have kids, pets, spouses, significant others. We all have bills to pay. Retirement to worry about. Parents that are starting to get up there in age. Not to mention the 10 million and one other things that cause us stress. So we don't always take care of ourselves the way we should. And it's finally caught up. Plus, seeing our droopy butt in the mirror or the extra lines around our eyes doesn't help our psyche either
it's all just a reminder that we're getting older. and getting old is something that happens to other people. It's not supposed to happen to you but this is life and it is happening to you. So face it. You're getting older. So what? that doesn't mean you're dead
you just have to start making yourself and your well being a priority. because you really still can turn heads after 40 getting older and being busy is no excuse not to take care of yourself. You can and should feel good about the way you look.
and don't give me the, i can't fit it in, i don't have time excuse. That's a load of crap and you know it. If it's important, you'll make the time.
and you also need to lose the, i hate exercise excuse too. Yes, it's hard sometimes to motivate yourself. It happens to all of us. But you just need to suck it up. You're a big girl and we all have to do things that might not be our favorite. However, you might just find exercise can be fun. Especially when you see results
this isn't about spending hours in a gym either, hitting the treadmill and lifting tons of heavy weights. Because that doesn't work.
taking care of yourself, getting in shape and toning up doesn't have to take oodles of time. Nor does it have to be so hard you feel like you want to fall over and die.

have you ever noticed that most workouts aren t created for women over the age of 40? seriously? most fitness programs are either created for a fitness level that is waaayyyy beyond where you're at or they focus on the general weight loss and toning goals of the late 20/early 30 year old woman.
